Apostille Child Support Order for International Use
When a child support order needs to be used internationally, the receiving court or agency may require an apostilled certified copy. We apostille Florida child support orders, modification orders, UIFSA documents, and related family law records in Miami. Contact us to confirm what your specific situation requires before ordering.

These are examples of documents commonly requested. Your agency or receiving court determines which documents are required.
Important Notes
Before ordering an apostille, ask your child-support agency or the receiving court whether authentication is required. Under Article 41 of the Hague Convention on the International Recovery of Child Support (2007), no legalisation or similar formality may be required in that Convention context — meaning an apostille may not be needed for enforcement between signatory states.
An apostille authenticates the official signature and capacity of the court clerk who certified the document. It does not establish enforceability or create a support obligation — that determination belongs to the receiving court or agency.
The 1961 Hague Apostille Convention and the 2007 Hague Child Support Convention are separate treaties with different member states and different rules. Do not assume that a country's membership in one applies to the other.
For non-Hague countries, embassy legalization (consular authentication) may be required instead of or in addition to an apostille.
Court-issued documents must be certified copies obtained from the clerk of the issuing court. We apostille the certified copy — we do not obtain court records on your behalf.
We apostille documents. We do not provide legal advice on enforcement procedures, arrears collection, or international family law.
