Apostille for Albania
Bring together the U.S. paperwork an Albanian office has asked you for, whether you are handling a family matter, a move, a course of study or a business transaction. Miami Dade Apostille coordinates eligible apostilles from all 50 states and the appropriate federal authorities. We can review a mixed file of records, arrange the agreed notarization or translation work, and plan return delivery. Government authorities issue the apostilles.

U.S. records we can review for Albania
A certificate from a public office and a document you sign yourself can need different preparation. Send copies of the requested records so we can review eligibility and the required certification. Our services cover these document groups:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates, including civil-status or single-status evidence
- Certified divorce decrees, adoption orders, probate records and other court documents
- FBI background checks and eligible police or criminal-record certificates from state and local authorities
- Diplomas, transcripts, degrees, school records and professional qualifications
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, parental consents, declarations and other eligible notarized papers
- Eligible federal records, including naturalization-related records, tax-residency certifications and Social Security documents
- Employment, pension, income, financial and medical documents with the necessary certification
- Company formation and status certificates, resolutions, agreements and other eligible corporate or export-related records
- Passport or identity-document copies when the certification is permitted and the Albanian recipient accepts that format
Have records from more than one state?
Our team can coordinate the appropriate authorities for the eligible documents in your file. Ask for a review before sending the originals.
Apostille and Albanian translation are separate questions
Albania's foreign ministry explains that an apostille replaces diplomatic or consular legalization for documents covered by the Convention. A covered U.S. record does not need an additional Albanian consular legalization stamp. Your receiving office still decides the language and format for its procedure. If it requests an Albanian translation, ask it to confirm the translator and certification requirements before ordering the work. We coordinate certified translations with qualified translators.
Arrange the service while you are abroad
Already in Albania? You can use our eligible U.S. document coordination service without traveling to the United States solely for that service. Remote Online Notarization is available for eligible documents and signer circumstances, subject to applicable law and the receiving procedure. Any separate government appearance or signing requirement still applies. We can arrange worldwide return shipping, subject to destination and carrier availability; confirm the delivery address and options with our team before sending originals. If mailing, use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number.

Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine document requirements, or issue government records or apostilles. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the consulate, embassy or receiving authority in Albania. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
