A set of records may involve more than one U.S. authority. Contact our team with copies so we can coordinate the appropriate route before you send the required documents.

Covered apostilles do not need another Bahrain legalization step

For U.S. public documents covered by the Apostille Convention, an apostille replaces diplomatic or consular legalization. Bahrain's Ministry of Foreign Affairs guidance in Arabic says documents apostilled abroad go directly to the competent receiving authority, without returning to the Ministry for legalization. The recipient may still require a translation, registration or other application documents. Ask that office to confirm the language, certification and record format; an apostille does not decide whether an application or document will be accepted.

Use our service without a U.S. trip

You can arrange eligible document work remotely without traveling to the United States solely to use Miami Dade Apostille. If translation is needed, we can coordinate certified translations with qualified translators after you confirm the recipient's requirements. Remote Online Notarization depends on the document, signer circumstances, applicable law and receiving procedure. Separate signing, record-access or government attendance requirements remain. We can arrange worldwide return shipping subject to destination and carrier availability; confirm the delivery plan before sending originals. If mailing, use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number.

Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine document requirements, or issue government records or apostilles. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the consulate, embassy or receiving authority in Bahrain. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
