Apostille for Bulgaria
Preparing U.S. records for a Bulgarian registration, school, employer or other receiving office? Miami Dade Apostille handles apostilles for all 50 states and coordinates the appropriate state, federal-agency or federal-court route for each eligible record. Government authorities issue the apostilles; our team manages the coordination.
Start with the documents Bulgaria requested
Share readable copies, the receiving office's instructions and your deadline. We'll review the available service options before you send originals. If mailing, use a trackable shipping method and keep your tracking number.
Which documents are in your Bulgaria file?
We review these document types in the certified or notarized form applicable to each record:
- Birth, marriage and death certificates, plus eligible civil-status and single-status records
- Certified divorce judgments, adoption records and other court records
- Diplomas, degrees, transcripts and other eligible educational or professional credentials
- FBI background checks, eligible state or local police records, and eligible federal documents including naturalization and citizenship records
- Powers of attorney, affidavits, consent and authorization letters, and other properly notarized papers
- Employment, income, pension, financial and medical records with the required certification or notarization
- Eligible company formation records, certificates of good standing, resolutions and other corporate documents
- Passport or identity-document copies when certification is legally permitted and the recipient accepts that format
Unsure about a copy or certification?
Let our team review the record you have and the format your recipient requested.
Apostille and Bulgarian translation
For a covered U.S. public document, the apostille replaces Bulgarian diplomatic or consular legalization. Translation requirements are separate from the apostille. For example, Bulgaria's guidance for registering a foreign birth or marriage involving Bulgarian citizens calls for a certified Bulgarian translation. Before arranging a translation, confirm the translator and signature-certification requirements with the receiving office. We can help coordinate translation services, including qualified translators, subject to the recipient's accepted format.
Arrange the service from where you are
You can use our eligible U.S. document service without traveling to the United States. Remote online notarization may be available depending on the document, signer's circumstances, applicable law and recipient acceptance. Any separate signing, application or attendance requirement still applies. Worldwide return shipping can be arranged, subject to destination and carrier availability.

Miami Dade Apostille is a private document coordination service, not a government agency or law firm. We do not provide legal advice, complete applications, determine document requirements, or issue government records or apostilles. Clients must confirm requirements directly with the consulate, embassy or receiving authority in Bulgaria. Government and receiving authorities decide eligibility and acceptance.
